(Peri)menopause is a universal and inevitable midlife experience for women. This training offers a sensible, kind and well rounded approach to supporting your clients through the (peri)menopause journey. Together, we'll explore how perimenopause changes women’s bodies (physical, mental and emotional) and most importantly, you'll learn practical skills and tools to confidently support your clients as they navigate through the changes.
