This committee, chaired by the Professional Development Chairperson, shall coordinate the Professional Development of the Association and report their recommendations and CE approvals to the Board.

This committee, chaired by the Ethics Chairperson, shall review any charges of misconduct and report their recommendations to the Board. Additionally, the Ethics Committee can provide ethical consultation to NMCA members, following ACA guidelines regarding ethical misconduct membership to the Executive Board.

This committee, chaired by the Government Relations Committee Chairperson, shall monitor matters of government activity at all levels and shall inform the Board and membership of legislative issues and advocacy areas. The committee will compile a summary for the Board to either promote or oppose, including surveying of membership in their research.

This committee, chaired by the Communications Chairperson, shall guide creation and content on various media platforms the purpose, intent, and activities of the Association and Divisions and develop communications to membership and the public as directed by the Board.

This committee, chaired by the Membership Chairperson, shall be responsible for recruitment strategies, enrollment of new members, and maintain accurate membership lists.

This committee, chaired by the Future Development Chairperson, shall work towards goals for the future of the organization, such as strategic planning. The committee may also support establishing procedures for candidates, nominations, and conducting elections.
