Submissions are available to NMCA members year-round through the Member Portal and are highlighted in the monthly Member Resource Email.

Practicum & Internships
To support the next generation of counselors, NMCA is hosting a statewide directory of counseling sites that offer practicum and internship opportunities for students. Agencies, group practices, community programs, private practices, and clinical training sites are invited to share their internship availability, requirements, populations served, and contact information.
Independent Clinical Supervisor Directory Survey
NMCA is building a statewide directory of independent clinical supervisors who are available to support counselors. If you provide clinical supervision outside of a specific agency or practice, we invite you to share your information. This directory will help connect students and university programs with qualified supervisors, while also serving as a valuable resource for associate-level counselors seeking post-graduate supervision as they work toward independent licensure. Thank you for helping strengthen the counseling workforce and support the next generation of counselors across New Mexico. The responses are available in the member’s portal.
